Dear Moms and Dads,

As a parent of two children with challenges, I found myself living through unique daily moments—some good, some bad—all without the support of other parents who understood exactly what I was going through.As beneficial as professionals were in helping me to understand the extent of my children's learning and social issues, and as supportive as my close circle of friends were, I realized I needed more and others might too. My professional expertise as a remedial tutor, together with my own parenting experiences, catalyzed the Parent2Parents concept.

Our groups are a place to go where every person—including the facilitator—is dealing with similar issues day in, day out, 24/7. Groups meet on a regular basis, provide support in a positive environment, enable us to feel encouraged about our special children, and help us to keep our dreams for our children alive.
